One creative.
Start to finish.
Every time.
Photographer, filmmaker, creative director. Over 20 years helping brands tell stories that actually connect with people.
I'm Colin Bibby — photographer, filmmaker and creative director. I've worked across the UK, Ireland and Europe with brands like Trek Bicycle Corporation, Sainsbury's and Argos. I've won awards. I've built campaigns that moved product, grew communities and changed how people felt about a brand.
But none of that is why I started Fairford Studios.
"When you work with Fairford Studios you get me — my eye, my experience, my genuine investment in making something worth making."Colin Bibby — Founder, Fairford Studios
I work alone. One creative, start to finish, no handoffs, no middlemen. Every project starts with understanding your audience, builds on clear strategy and ends with content that performs.
But more than that — it ends with something you're actually proud of.
That matters to me because of where this studio came from.
Ken Dearing.
Mayfair, London.
My grandfather Ken started Fairford Studios in 1960 in Mayfair, London. He created everything — greeting cards, wallpaper, product advertisements, lavish interior displays for the capital's major department stores. There was nothing he wouldn't turn his hand to, and nothing he didn't care about.
In time, Kenneth moved his studio to Suffolk. And it was there, during long summer holidays, that I first understood what it meant to be a creative who gives everything to the work.
The Poacher, Cratfield
My Grandad created all the artwork for a local pub in Cratfield, Suffolk — including the pub sign hanging outside. On summer holidays, he'd draw a hand-drawn map for me and my cousins to follow through the countryside to find him and my uncle there.
A creative who put that much of himself into a pub sign. That's the studio I want to run.
Sixty years of story.
One creative.
Your brand.
When you commission Fairford Studios, you're not briefing an agency. You're not getting passed between account managers and junior creatives. You get someone who grew up watching what it looks like when a person genuinely cares about every piece of work they make.
If you want content that performs and means something — let's talk.
